This company was professional from start to finish!  I sent an inquiry for an estimate the night before.  Dave showed up in the morning the next day and gave me an estimate within an hour.  The amount for the service was the same as others given to me.  So I chose to go with Kevin’s Tree Service since they were the first to come out.  I signed the contract and Brandy made sure to get me on the schedule for the next day   I had expressed the need to have the job done as soon as possible.  It was done before 10 am the day after I committed.  Logan and his crew were very professional and did a great job.  The property was even left cleaner than when they arrived. Kevin’s Tree service out did themselves today with excellent customer service, outstanding professionalism and knowledge, and great respect for our property.  They were on time, cut down and trimmed quite a few trees, and cleaned everything up as they went along.  In the 38 years of living in this house we have never experienced a more professional contractor who did such quality work.  It is sad to lose trees that become diseased and stressed but this crew handled the job with the utmost care and checked in at every phase.  Thank you all for such a great experience. They tried to arrive 2 hours early with only a 5 minute notice after I had already moved my schedule around that day for the window they gave me... I called and they told me I had to reschedule for another day (this appointment was made over a week in advanced) which I declined then was told I would get a call back to meet someone during the original time and never did.
