Our Story

Kevin’s Tree Service was originally started in 1987 by Kevin, who built the company around honest work and dependable tree care for homeowners in Orlando, Florida.

In 2016, David Grantz purchased the business from Kevin after selling his technology company and realizing he wanted a different kind of life and work. Instead of being stuck inside an office every day, David wanted to work outdoors in the Florida sunshine, meet customers face to face, and build something tangible with his own hands.

Today, Kevin’s Tree Service remains locally owned and family operated. David and his wife Nicole have been married since 2001 and are raising their five children while continuing to grow the business together.

Even as the company grows, the focus remains the same — providing honest recommendations, professional tree care, and dependable service for homeowners throughout Orlando and the surrounding communities.
