Send your address and a photo of the pile, and we’ll quote the pickup before we schedule it.
- Send the detailsAddress, gate code if any, and a quick photo so we can confirm the truck can reach the pile.

- We load and haulThe boom and claw load logs, limbs and brush; we haul to an approved facility.

Where to Put the Pile
The truck needs to pull up beside the pile and swing its boom safely. A good spot makes pickup faster.

- No tree branches overhead within reach of the boom
- No power lines or low service drops above
- One or two tight piles rather than many small ones

How is grapple truck service priced?
Pricing depends on how much debris there is and where the pile sits. Send your address and a photo, and we’ll give you a quote before scheduling. Disposal at an approved facility is included in the quote.
Do I need to pile the debris a certain way?
Put it in one or two tight piles near the curb, driveway or another spot the truck can reach, clear of low tree branches, power lines and driveway overhangs. If there are obstructions overhead, we’ll suggest a safer place before scheduling.
Can you pick up debris created by another tree company?
Yes. We regularly pick up debris left by other tree services, landscapers and contractors, for homes and commercial sites, as long as the material is safe to haul and within our guidelines.
Do I need to be home for grapple service?
Not necessarily. With clear instructions, safe access and any gate codes we need, our crew can complete the pickup while you’re away.
Is grapple truck service the same as crane service?
No. Grapple truck service loads and hauls wood that’s already on the ground. Crane service takes standing trees apart from above with our grapple saw crane or a larger hired crane. If you need both, we can quote the removal and the hauling together.
Are you insured for this type of work?
Yes. Kevin’s Tree Service carries general liability and workers’ compensation insurance, and we can provide certificates of insurance for HOAs, property managers and commercial clients on request.
