- Rain tree and maple out, oak and cedar pruned
A golden rain tree by the back fence and a maple out front were coming out, an oak in back hung over the yard, fence and carport, and a cedar by the driveway had broken limbs. We removed the two trees by lift and flush-cut them, pruned the oak for clearance and weight, and cleaned and raised the cedar.
RemovalTrimming - Dead citrus, vine-covered palm and roof clearance
A dead citrus and a vine-covered sabal palm sat in the back corner, a camphor and a tabebuia hung over the roof, and a silk tree had dead branches at the top. We removed the citrus and palm, cut the vines at their base, gave the roof 10 feet of clearance from the camphor, took the low tabebuia limb off the roof and cleared deadwood and fallen pieces from the silk tree.

Two front oaks reached into the front of the house and over the road and sidewalk, and a queen palm stood between the lanai and the garage. From the lift we pruned and raised both oaks and removed the palm (the stump couldn’t be reached for grinding).
TrimmingRemoval - Stumps ground, palms and hedge trimmed
Two old stumps sat in the front flower bed and one by the back door, the robellini palms carried old fronds and seed pods, and a viburnum hedge had grown above the fence. We ground the three stumps and hauled the grindings, trimmed the palms and cut the hedge to 6 inches below the fence top.

- Service drops vs. main lines. We can cut limbs back off the wire to your house. Trees touching the main lines along the street are the utility’s job, and we’ll tell you which is which at the estimate.

- Chippers, loader and stump grinders. Brush is chipped on site, logs carried out without dragging them across the lawn, and stumps ground below grade.

What if a tree falls at night or on a weekend?
Call us. Phones are answered 24/7, and we dispatch a crew as availability, weather and safety allow. If anyone is hurt or a tree is on a power line, call 911 and the power company first.
Can you remove a pine near power lines?
We plan those carefully and use a lift or crane to control each piece. Trees touching the main power lines may need the utility involved first, and we’ll tell you at the estimate if that’s the case.
How often should oaks in Goldenrod be trimmed?
Mature live oaks often do well on a 2–3 year pruning cycle. Laurel oaks, which are shorter-lived and more prone to decay, and any tree hanging over a roof may need a look more often.
What’s included in your cleanup?
Brush is chipped and hauled away, wood is removed, and hard surfaces are raked and blown. When stump grinding is part of the job, grindings are hauled away unless you ask us to leave them for your beds.
