- Dead Norfolk pine out, front oak raised for trucks
A dead Norfolk pine stood beside the driveway, an oak at the back corner of the house was marked to come out, and a front oak hung low over the road. We removed the pine by lift and ground its stump, a climber took down the back oak, and we raised the front oak to about 15 feet over the road for garbage and delivery trucks.

Branches from three neighboring trees grew over the back property line, two magnolias and two sabal palms crowded the back yard and fences, and old cut stumps and debris were left in the yard. We side-trimmed the overhanging limbs straight up at the property line, removed the magnolias and palms, ground the reachable stumps and chipped the debris.

A front live oak hung over the roof, sidewalk and road, a laurel oak in back needed thinning, and a ligustrum leaned on the roof with a volunteer chinaberry growing out of it. We pruned both oaks, cut the ligustrum back and removed the chinaberry, then removed a tree by the screen porch and two viburnums with their stumps ground, working around new plantings.

A tabebuia by the driveway hung low, crape myrtles beside the house grew over the roof and walk, and a camphor had a dead limb over a palm and suckers over an arborvitae. We raised the tabebuia, cut the crape myrtles back, removed the camphor’s dead limb and sucker growth and took out a shrub in the back yard.
